| Mindfulness teaches us to become intimate with the experience of our life and humanness. On this retreat we will focus on the practice of mindfulness and the liberating possibility of moment by moment awareness. We will practice mindful intimacy with all of our experience-- physical, emotional and mental, as well as the various states of consciousness that arise in this style of intensive practice. The retreat will include sitting and walking meditation as well as meditation instruction, meetings with teachers and daily dharma talks.
