In this retreat, we will study and embody one of the seven Factors of Awakening: Investigation. We will explore Investigation experientially and interactively. As sangha (community) we will learn how to investigate our phenomenological experience in sitting and walking meditation, discovering the inherent intelligence of being present.
We will also spend one period a day engaging in interactive inquiry practice, investigating and understanding our experience of the Dharma in dialogue with others. Join us for the adventure of Awakening. |
