| The Buddha’s teaching on the five spiritual powers offers a path to cultivate balance, resilience, and love for ourselves and for our communities. Throughout this retreat, we will learn to cultivate these capacities of the heart (confidence, effort, mindfulness, concentration, and wisdom) and transform habits that no longer serve us. In our practice together, we will also learn powerful and sustainable ways to restore our humanity and bring freedom to all beings. This retreat will offer silent meditation (both mindfulness and lovingkindness), opportunities for movement meditation, Dharma talks, and restful time to be in nature and honor the natural rhythms of your own practice. |
