Grace Fisher's Dharma Talks at Spirit Rock Meditation Center
Grace Fisher
Grace Fisher is a psychotherapist and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner with more than 25 years of meditation practice primarily in the Theravadan tradition. She completed Spirit Rock’s Community Dharma Leaders Training program, and has been teaching there for over twenty years, including leading programs for teens, parents, and the weekly Thursday Women’s Sangha. Grace offers retreats at Drala Mountain Center and is part of the teaching team at the Insight Meditation Community in Colorado. She was the staff dharma teacher at Spirit Rock for many years. A former lawyer, who holds a Masters in Education from Stanford, she is also a licensed Natural Medicine Clinical Facilitator in Colorado. Grace maintains a remote and in-person psychotherapy practice. She is committed to exploring how the dharma supports us navigating the gritty, the challenging and the beautiful.
