Where Wisdom and Compassion Meet - A Retreat with Buddhist Nuns (252R23) - On Land with Ayya Anandabodhi, Ayya Santacitta and Emily Carpenter

Through investigating our own direct experience in meditation and action, old patterns of holding and pushing away can begin to unravel. The freedom we seek is found by turning towards the truth of impermanence, and by embracing the limitations of this world with compassion and care.

This monastic retreat will be held in Noble Silence. There will be periods of guided and silent meditation, Dharma reflections, chanting and simple ritual, guided movement practice, Q&A, and group practice discussions.
